摘要
松材线虫作为一种外来入侵物种,其致病机理尚不明确,致使该病的防治和控制工作进展缓慢。目前,该病的研究难点在于对其进行早期诊断和检疫。本文着重对我国松萎蔫病病原线虫鉴定及病害快速检测技术的研究现状进行评述,以期找到行之有效的检测方法。
Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was a kind of exotic invasive species and induced pine wilt di- sease. It pathogenesis was not clear now, which obstructed the development for the disease prevention and control. The difficulty of the study lies in diagnosis and detection in early time of infection. Com- parison and estimation on diagnostic method of this disease was made in order to find the most effective technique to identify and diagnose this disease in China .
