摘要
本文着重从应用新型超硬材料和改进钻头结构二个方面论述了提高深孔硬岩钻进金刚石钻头寿命的技术途径。实验研究和生产试验的结果表明:在孕镶钻头上镶嵌金刚石聚晶材料АКТМ,能有效地破碎坚硬岩石,在可钻性Ⅹ~Ⅺ级的岩石中平均寿命比传统钻头增长58%,机械钻速增长32%。在金矿深孔钻探生产中,双层水口超高胎体金刚石钻头的使用寿命可比常规钻头提高1倍。把上述两种方法结合起来,可大幅度节约起下钻具的辅助作业时间,提高深孔硬岩钻探的生产效率。
The possible technical approaches to improve diamond bit lifespan in deep-hole hard rock drilling was discussed from two aspects,one is applying new kind of super-hard materials,the other is getting the structure improved.The experimental research and field tests results show that,the impregnated diamond bit with newly developed diamond polycrystalline materials(AKTM) can break hard rocks efficiently.Especially,compared to traditional diamond bits,the lifespan of AKTM bit increases by 58 % and the penetration rate increases by 32 % in drilling rocks with drillability of Ⅹ~Ⅺ.Besides,the lifespan of the double-water way super high matrix diamond bits can be prolonged by 2 times in deep-hole drilling of gold deposit.If the two above approaches are integrated,it is possible to decrease the auxiliary operation time of trip up and down significantly,thus improving the production efficiency in deep-hole hard rock drilling project.
