摘要
本文主要是针对一门式刚架工业厂房设计,由于其带有夹层,与一般工业厂房设计有所不同.该厂房檐口高度和柱距不是标准模数,导致不能套用一般图集进行设计,这就需要采用3D3S软件进行单榀设计.另外其夹层是混凝土楼板,故该部分应按钢框架进行设计,为此还需要用PKPM软件进行整体模型计算,考虑楼板的整体刚度以及地震作用.
This article is for a portal frame industrial building designing,and for it has mezzanine,its design has some difference to general industrial workshop design.Cornice height and column space of the plant size were not standard,so its design could not be applied by atlas and it is necessary to use 3D3S software to make single pin design.In addition,because its mezzanine was concrete floor,this part should be designed for steel frame.To do this PKPM software must be used to make a whole model calculation.At the same time,the whole stiffness and earthquake of concrete floor should be considered in the design as well.
