摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临,科技竞争更将成为国际竞争的焦点,创新性基础研究则是这种竞争的重要基础。因此,如何进一步推动我国基础研究不仅是科技界十分关心的问题,也是整个社会关心的问题。
The relationship between the creativity and the environment of scientific research was discussed.Some problems about the environment of scientific research were also pointed out.
