摘要
合肥中日美术馆建设场地位于南淝河河漫滩上,地基土为疏浚河道堆填的厚层淤泥质新填土。根据场地地基土层性质、地下水位以及工程建筑物的要求,选择小直径灰土桩加固方案,通过试桩、载荷试验、静力触探和轻便动力触探等原位试验,分析了灰土桩处理淤泥质新填土地基的效果及复合地基强度与变形特征。试验结果表明,经过灰土桩处理后的复合地基桩周土的地基承载力提高了50%以上,复合地基的承载力提高1倍以上,地基强度和变形都满足工程建设要求。文中还探讨了灰土桩处理新填土地基的加固机理。
The construction ground of Sino-Japan gallery locates at the alluvial flat of South Feihe River in Hefei,the foundation soil is heavy layer silt argillaceous recent fill,which is the tipped fill by dredging watercourse.According to the nature of location ground soil layer,the subsoil water level as well as the requirements of building,the reinforcement scheme by small-diameter piles of lime-soil is determined.Through the pile test,load test,static cone penetration test and light dynamic penetration test,the treatment effect of small-diameter piles of lime-soil on the new filling foundation is studied,and the intensity and deformation characteristics of the compound foundation are given.The test results indicate that after lime-soil pile treatment,the bearing capacity of surrounding soil of the compound foundation enhances above 50%,that of the compound foundation enhances above one time,and the intensity and deformation of the foundation meet the requirement of engineering construction.The paper also discusses the reinforcement mechanism of the new lime-soil filling pile foundation.
