摘要
铁路旅客票价的高低是影响运量的重要因素，也是影响铁路企业效益的重要因素。我国铁路旅客票价体系虽经几次调整，但仍存在诸多不合理之处，需进行改进。本文指出目前既有线铁路旅客票价存在旅客票价体系不完善、铁路票价偏低、新型空调车“提速不提价”、票价计算时有座和无座票价相同等问题，提出了明确铁路行业所属及成本监审、新空调列车“提速提价”、实行季节运价、实行区域运价、精品列车票价适当上浮、增加座位票等措施及建议。
Level of railway passenger fare is an important factor affecting traffic and effectiveness of railway companies. Despite of several adjustments to China＇s railway passenger fare system, there are still many unreasonable problems in need of improvement. This paper points out the problems that the present passenger fare system is imperfect, rail fares are low, new air-conditioned cars are ＂ Speed does not raise prices,＂ seat and no seat fares are the same when calculating the fares and so on. It also puts forward measures and proposals such as making railway＇s attribute clear and supervising the cost, ＂Speed price increase＂ of new air-conditioned trains, implementation of seasonal tariffs, implementation of regional tariffs, and going up of fares of fine trains.
