摘要 甲醇制烯烃成型催化剂开发需采用固定流化床反应器对催化性能进行评价。在确定操作条件(反应温度为450℃、压力为0.12MPa)和反应器内催化剂密相段直径(63mm)的情况下,计算了反应器操作气速、催化剂装填量、反应器高度、扩大段直径等设备主体尺寸,说明了气体分布器、气固分离和催化剂加卸料口的设置。固定流化床的试验结果将用于甲醇制烯烃成型催化剂的筛选,并为工艺参数优化提供依据。 The fixed fluidized bed reactor was developed to evaluate the formulated catalyst performance for methanol to olefins process. The operational gas velocity, catalyst loading, reactor height and disengaging zone diameter were calculated under definite operational condition (reaction temperature 450℃, reaction pressure 0. 12 MPa) and reactor dense phase stage diameter (63 mm). The gas distributor, gas and solid separation, the catalyst charging and discharge equipment were illustrated. The data resulted from fixed fluidized bed reactor will be used to select catalyst and provide basis for optimizing process parameter.
