摘要
OFDI是提高企业自主创新能力的途径之一。在总结前人研究的基础上,认为OFDI主要通过研发国际化、子公司本土化以及消费者国际化等途径来促进企业自主创新能力的提高。最后总结海尔OFDI促进其自主创新能力的经验。
OFDI is one of ways of improving enterprises＇ innovation capabilities.Based on the relating study,our study concludes that the OFDI can improve enterprises＇ independent innovation capabilities of home country through three major mechanisms：RD internationalization,localization of subsidiary and customer internationalization.The paper also analyzes a typical case concerning OFDI of Haier Group and summarizes the experiences for other similar companies to refer.
