摘要
随着经济和社会的发展,许多发达国家政府纷纷提出实施国家标准化战略的要求,标准已经成为国家发展的战略性资源和国际竞争的核心要素。如何在"十二五"期间做好相关工作,是值得我们思考的问题。文章结合我国标准化工作实践,提出了一些建议。
With the development of economy and society, many advanced countries have set up their standardization strategy. Standard has become a kind of strategic resource and mental issue of international competition. Then we must think of ourselves, especially during the period of ＂The Twelfth Five-Year-Plan＂. This essay focuses on the practices and gives us some inspirations.
