摘要
用基于雷诺应力湍流模型对单个颗粒受湍流气体绕流进行了数值模拟,改变颗粒直径、来流速度,气体粘性、气体密度和多颗粒间距,获得了颗粒增强气体湍流的规律,并构造了和现有模型不同的一种颗粒尾涡增强气体湍流的新模型。将该模型加入到二阶矩两相湍流模型中,并对水平槽道和旋流突扩室内两相流动进行了模拟。与没有考虑颗粒尾涡影响的模型对比,本模型获得的结果与实验数据吻合更好,颗粒尾涡效应确实对气体湍流有较大影响。
3D simulation of gas turbulence flows passing over spheres is made by RANS modeling using Reynolds stress turbulence model.The turbulence enhancement by the particle wake effect is studied under various particle sizes,inlet gas velocities,gas viscosity,gas density and the distance of spheres.A semi-empirical turbulence enhancement model by the particle-wake effect is incorporated into the two-phase turbulence model combining second-order moment model and is used to simulate dilute gas-particle flows in a horizontal channel and a swirling sudden-expansion chamber.The results show that this model,in comparison with the turbulence model not accounting for the wake effect,gives simulation results in better agreement with the experimental results,the particle wake effect enhances gas turbulence.
