摘要
中国软件外包企业创新受到企业规模小、研发投入少、创新人才缺乏等因素制约,解决问题的思路是一方面完善国家法律法规体系,加快人才培养与引进,另一方面企业要寻求适合自身的创新模式。
The innovation of China＇s software outsourcing companies is restricted by the factors including the smaller firm size,less RD investment and the lack of qualified personnel.The solutions to those problems are improving the laws and regulations,training the talents.For the companies,they should seek the innovation mode for their own.
