The Research and Application of Harmonic Suppression in Medium-voltage and Low-voltage Distribution System Based on Hybrid Active Power Filter

摘要 随着非线性电力负荷的增加,中低压配电网谐波问题愈来愈严重,对电能质量和电网安全均带来了较大影响。本文分析了中低压配电网的谐波问题,其谐波源主要为电力变压器、静止无功补偿装置SVC、炼钢电弧炉、整流装置、电气化铁路和家用电器。混合有源电力滤波器(HAPF)是解决中低压配电网电能质量谐波问题、补偿无功的最有效设备。文章进一步阐述了一种含基波串联谐振电路,减小逆变器输出容量的混合有源电力滤波器结构及其工作原理。基于瞬时无功功率理论的Ip-Iq谐波电流检测法和滞环比较PWM控制原理的应用,有效的提高了检测和控制精度。在PSIM下建立了混合有源滤波器模型,通过仿真分析和工程应用可知谐波治理和补偿达到了理想效果。 With the increasing of nonlinear power loader,there are more and more serious harmonic problems in medium-voltage and low-voltage(MV/LV) distribution system,making great effects to the power quality and security of power grid.Firstly,the harmonic problem of MV/LV distribution system is analyzed in this paper.Its harmonic source mainly includes power transformer,SVC,Steelmaking EAF,rectifier device,electric railway and household electric apparatus.Hybrid active power filter(HAPF) is one of the most powerful equipments in resolving harmonics of power quality problems and compensating system reactive power.In this paper,a new type of HAPF is expatiated including a fundamental series resonance circuit which decreases the capacity of inverters.Ip-Iq method based on instantaneous reactive power theory is used in detecting harmonic currents and hysteretic comparison PWM control method is used to control the active inverter switch thus enhance the control accuracy.A HAPF model is created based on PSIM software,from the simulation the results improved that the capacity of active power filter is decreased,the investment is reduced and obtained better performance in harmonic suppress and reactive power compensation.The results of application prove feasibility and correctness of this design,and harmonic suppression and compensation effect match national power quality standards.
