摘要
随着人们环保意识的不断增强,废旧品回收再利用问题日益受到重视,而消费者废旧品回收行为是决定废旧品回收效率的关键因素之一,它已逐渐成为学术界的关注热点。目前取得的研究成果可以概括为三个方面:消费者废旧品回收行为影响因素、消费者废旧品回收行为分析方法和基于消费者废旧品回收行为研究分析提高废旧品回收率。消费者废旧品回收行为影响因素包括激励因素、承诺因素和人口统计特征因素,而分析方法又有TRA分析方法、TPB分析方法和扩展TPB分析方法,基于以上分析,研究者提出了多种分析模型以提高废旧品回收率。为提高研究成果的现实针对性,应进一步扩大调查样本,定量研究影响因素与实际回收行为的关联性,且要结合我国消费者的实际情况展开研究。
With growing environmental concern, reuse of waste and used products is receiving much more attention. Consumers' behavior, as one of the key factors affecting the efficiency of recycling waste and used products, becomes a hot topic of scholars. In this research field, relevant studies about consumers' behavior of recycling waste and used products (CBRWUP) can be classified into three aspects: impact factors, analysis methods of CBRWUP, and enhancing CBRWUP-based collection rate. Impact factors include stimulus fact, commitment factor, population statistics features factor; analysis methods have behavorial theory model, TPB analysis, and extensive TPB analysis. Based on these, the article proposes various situation models to improve the collection rate of CBRWUP. In order to enhance the practicality of the research result, we should expand the sample, quantitively study the relationship between influential elements and real recycling behavior, and take the real situation of consumers in our country into consideration.
