摘要
作为一项跨语言、跨文化的交流活动,翻译过程中文化图式的构建正日益受到关注。林语堂在《桃花源记》英译过程中运用文化图式构建策略,采用多样性的翻译方法,合理建构历史语境的文化图式,激活现存文化图式,预测异质文化图式,以此进入英语世界文化视野,传递中国文化。
The positive significance of cultural schema receives increasing attention during translation process, which is widely known as a cross-language, cross-cultural activity. This thesis intends to give insights to translator on how to bridge cultural conflicts, fill cultural gap and predict cultural schema in Lin Yutang＇s The Peach Colony English version. Furthermore, some practical techniques for translators in multi-cultural context are presented.
