摘要
英国明苏尼大学合作学习中心的约翰逊兄弟基于课堂教学中的具体操作，提出合作学习五要素：积极互赖、面对面的促进件相互作用、个人责任、社会技能、小组自评。我在课堂教学实践中，对学习小组成员的有效分工、有效合作进行了深入探讨，下面结合教学实际谈谈我是如何进行角色分配的。
