简要介绍了ＡＴＭ信令传送中基于ＡＴＭ／ＳＡＡＬ（ＳｉｇｎａｌｉｎｇＡＴＭＡｄａｐｔａｔｉｏｎＬａｙｅｒ）的ＭＴＰ┐３／３ｂ（ＭｅｓｓａｇｅＴｒａｎｓｐｏｒｔＰａｒｔ┐３／３ｂ）恢复机制。
