摘要
针对无键联接的锥套类产品设计重复性工作多的问题,提出一种基于SolidWorks软件环境的锥套类系列产品参数化设计方法,采用Visual Basic语言对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,建立了锥套系列产品的标准数据库和三维模型图库,形成了专用的锥套类产品参数化三维设计软件系统,为客户提供良好的产品数字化设计开发服务。应用实例表明,为开发出性能优良的产品,实现无键联接件的参数化锥套设计,缩短产品设计周期提供了技术支持,同时有利于企业信息化项目建设,企业产品结构升级,提升技术水平。
