中晚籼稻质量和品质调查分析

Investigation and analysis on quality of medium and late nonglutinous rice

摘要 采用优质稻谷标准GB/T17891—1999规定的方法,对福建省2007~2009年种植的中晚籼稻谷样品进行质量指标和品质指标的测定分析。结果表明,垩白粒率、垩白度和粒型等指标是影响中晚籼稻谷未能达到优质稻谷标准的主要因素;不同年份间的气温、降水量、日照等的差异对不完善粒率的影响可能略大于不同地区的不同土壤、水质、栽培管理水平等的影响,而直链淀粉、粒型、垩白粒率则相反;同种中晚籼稻谷不同地区种植,质量和品质差异明显,龙岩地区优质中晚籼稻谷的比例较高。 The quality of medium and late nonglutinous rice in Fujian province harvested from 2007 to 2009 was determined according to national standard on high-quality rice(GB/T17891—1999).The results indicated that the chalky rice rate,chalkiness,length-width ratio were the major factors affecting the quality of rice.The influences of temperature,precipitation,and illumination intensity on imperfect grain rate were larger than that of soil type,water and management of cultivation,while on the amylose content,length-width ratio and chalky rice rate were reverse.The quality of grain planting in different areas was different significantly,especially in Longyan the proportion of high quality rice is higher than other district.
