摘要
我国农村消费品流通渠道发展滞后,影响农村消费者购物的便利性与安全性,从而使农民福利受到损失。基于购买便利性的农民福利缺失直接导致农民购物满意度下降;基于购买安全性的农民福利缺失虽然没有导致农民购物满意度下降,但是由于农民收入过低使其放弃了安全性需求,从长远来看并不利于农村扩大内需和农村经济增长;近年来商务部推行的万村千乡市场工程还存在一些漏洞和不完善之处,并没有很好解决农民购物便利性与安全性问题。应寻求有效措施优化农村消费品流通渠道,切实提高农民福利。
The backwardness of rural consumable distribution channels affects shopping convenience and security of rural consumers,which causes the loss of the farmer's welfare.Loss of welfare based on shopping convenience leads to the decrease of farmer's shopping satisfaction,while loss of welfare based on shopping security has not influenced farmer's shopping satisfaction negatively,that is because low income force farmer to give up the security need.But this phenomenon may do harm to domestic demand expanding and rural economic growth.Thousands of Villages Project has not solved the problems of farmer's shopping convenience and security because of some system disfigurement,so we must seek effective countermeasures to improve farmer's welfare by optimizing rural consumable distribution channels.
