摘要
本文提出一个基于积分器的电流模式通用CC滤波器结构。该结构是在典型FLF结构的基础上增加输出求和CC网络生成的。适当设置输出求和CC网络无源元件参数,能实现任意近似滤波特性。文中给出了系统的设计公式。作为例子,文中设计了一个三阶椭圆低通滤波器,模拟仿真结果与理论分析互相吻合。
A universal currentmode integratorbased CC (Current Conveyor) filter structure is presented. The filter architecture proposed is constructed by use of a canonical FLF (FollowtheLeader Feedback) configuration with an output summation CC network. They are comprehensive in function: By setting any particular output summing passive element parameters, we can realize arbitrary approximation characteristics. And general explicit design formulas are derived. It is also straightforward to obtain a universal filter architecture and the corresponding design formulas of any particular order. As an example, a thirdorder elliptic lowpass filter is designed. The simulated results are obtained to verify the theoretical analysis.
