摘要
目的探讨预激综合征并快速室上性心律失常的发生机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法对我院收治的18例预激综合征并快速室上性心律失常患者的诊断和治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果 18例患者均复律成功。随访(20±6)个月,1例因车祸死亡,17例患者均存活,其中6例复发。结论预激综合征并快速室上性心律失常可以有效地诊断和治疗。
Objective Investigate pre-excitation syndrome of rapid supraventricular arrhythmia mechanisms,diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 18 patients.Results 18 patients were successful cardioversion.Follow-up（20 ± 6） months,and 1 patient died due to accident,17 patients were alive,including 6 cases of recurrence.Conclusion Pre-excitation syndrome rapid supraventricular arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment can be effective.
