文章简要介绍了4(1/2)BCD码输出的A/D转换器芯片ICL7135的功能特点、引脚含义、工作原理及工作时序,给出了ICL7135与单片机以及用ICM7212作为其LED接口的应用实例。
This paper shortly introduces the function feature, pin meanings, operation principle and sequence of ICL7135 which is a high precision 41/2 digit A/D converter with BCD output. It gives application example on the interface circuit design of ICL7135 with single chip calculator and LED driver ICM7212.
