球磨条件对氮化铌超细粉结构的影响 被引量:2

INFLUENCE OF MILLING CONDITIONS ON STRUCTURE OF NbN ULTRA FINE POWDER

摘要 利用特殊设计的球磨装置,经抽真空后充入一定压力的氮气,通过球磨纯金属,在室温下制备出金属氮化物的超细微粒。对不同球磨条件下制备的NbN超细粉,采用XRD、TEM、DSC对晶粒尺度、相结构及热稳定性进行了分析,研究不同球磨条件对NbN超细粉结构的影响。 Ultra fine powders of NbN are synthesized by simple milling of pure niobium in molecular nitrogen atmosphere at roomtemperature. The Phase structure,grain size,and thermal stability of samples prepared under different milling conditions have been investigated by XRD,TEM,and DSC in order to study the influence of the milling conditions on the structure of metal nitride ultra fine powders.
