论述了实现Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上传话音的两种方法：利用基于ＰＣ的ＩＰ电话软件和利用ＩＰ电话网关。分别介绍了其实现原理和各自功能，并比较这两种方法的优缺点。
This topic discusses the principle and functions of the two methods for voice transfering on Internet: IP phone software on the PC platform and IP phone gateway. Particularly, the advantages and shortcomings of these two methodsvre described.
