摘要
概述了薄膜晶体管液晶显示器基本结构与原理。着重分析比较非晶硅与多晶硅薄膜晶体管的工艺、成本的区别。提出了应大力发展低温多晶硅薄膜晶体管技术，以适应下世纪大屏幕高清晰度液晶显示终端的需求。
Summarizing the basic structure and fundamental of the thin film transistor liquid crystal display.Analyzing emphatically the comparison of the distinguish of the technology and cost bebween the α-SiTFT and the P-SiTFT.Advancing that we should develop the technology of the low temperature P-SiTFT in order to meet the needs of the big screen highly clarity terminational liquid crystal display.
