一种场景切换检测及自适应码率控制方法 被引量:8

摘要 TestModel5(TM5)建议的码率控制算法不能正确处理场景切换,因此解码图像的主观视觉质量在场景切换处将急剧下降。为有效解决此问题,本文提出了一种附加运算量很小的检测场景切换的方法以及相应的自适应码率控制算法来改善切换点处的视觉质量,并保证解码器输入缓存不发生上、下溢。从而使得整个解码视频序列的视觉质量较为恒定。 The rate control algorithm of Test Model 5(TM5) fails to handle scene change properly,and visual quality will be deteriorated near scene change point.In this paper,we put forward a scene changes detection method with less computation and an adaptive rate control algorithm to compensates the visual degradation at scene change point and eliminates the overflow or underflow of the buffer.Therefore,the visual quality of the whole sequence will be much consistent.
