摘要
观察鼻炎冲剂对变应性鼻炎（ＡＲ）患者鼻粘膜的影响，证实对ＡＲ的治疗作用。方法：选用健康豚鼠２９只，随机分成冲剂组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组和空白对照组，冲剂组采用鼻炎冲剂治疗。在治疗中记录动物喷嚏和鼻痒症状（以抓痒计），并与对照组的量化指标进行比较；并观察各组鼻粘膜的组织学改变。结果：冲剂组鼻痒、喷嚏计分明显低于其他组。鼻粘膜组织学观察显示：冲剂组鼻粘膜炎性细胞浸润减少，尤其是肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞减少。结论：鼻炎冲剂可以改善ＡＲ患者鼻粘膜的炎变状态，从组织学证明其对ＡＲ具有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of granule-rhinitis on allergic rhinitis. Method: Experimentalguinea pigs with allergic rhinitis were treated with granule--rhinitis. During the total course of treatment,sneezingand nasal itching were observed and recorded and then compared quantitatively with those of the control groups.Histological changes of the nasal mucosa were observed. Result:The various symptoms of allergic rhinitis wereobviously relieved in the treatment group. Granule--rhinitis reduced inflammatory cell infiltration,particularly decreased the number of mast cells and eosinophils in the superficial layers of the nasal mucosa,and reduced the release of mediators from mast cells. It diminished the vasodilatation in nasal mucosa. Conclusion :Granule-rhinitisis effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
