一种有源RFID标签射频前端收发电路设计

The Design of RF Front-end Circuit for Nactive RFID Tag

摘要 天线发射与接收电路设计在RFID系统中具有重要作用.该文分析了射频前端电路原理及探讨了射频前端电路的两大作用——频带宽度和阻抗匹配,并设计了一种微型射频前端电路,应用于基于CC2500射频芯片的2.45GHzRFID有源标签。提高了2.45GHzRFID有源标签的性能及减小了有源标签的面积。 RF front-end circuit is very important in the design of RFID transmitting and receiving circuit, especially in high frequency cir- cuit design.The genera/concept and classes and principles of RF front-end circuit are analyzed with inductive method.The RF front-end circuit of tag and reader antenna for RFID system are deeply analyzed.The applications of frequency band width and impedance matching are focused on in the RFID system is based on CC2500 and reduces the area of active tag.
