摘要
目的：探讨ＣＴ引导下腰椎及椎间盘病变穿刺活检的价值和方法。方法：在ＣＴ引导下用Ａｃｋｅｒｍａｎｎ氏针对３２例腰椎及腰椎间盘病变进行了穿刺活检。结果：３２例均经追踪或／和手术证实，穿刺准确率为９０．６％。无１例引起严重并发症及后遗症。结论：ＣＴ引导下行腰椎活检是一种安全可靠的方法。
Purpose:To determine the value and procedure of CT guided aspiration biopsy for pathological changes of lumbal vertebra or intervertebral discs.Methods:CT guided aspiration biopsy was performed in thirty two patients with lumbal vertebra or intervertebral discs pathological changes.Results:All of the cases were confirmed by clinical follow up or operation. Accuracy of CT guided aspiration biopsy of lumbal vertebra was 90.6%.None of this group caused serious complication or sequela.Conclusion:The procedure of lumbal vertebra aspiration biopsy was effective and relatively safe.
