摘要 针对电火工品训练测试装置不能模拟各种电信号、外部环境的干扰及训练过程存在较高危险性等问题,设计研发了一种新型的火工品训练测试装置;该装置基于单片机最小系统,建立了选择测试火工品的型号、生成不同测试电阻值的标准电阻发生器和测试结果的输出装置等硬件模块;开发了信号转换、存储,指令发布,信息比较、记录与显示,以及实现对报警与示警系统的控制等软件模块;结果表明,该装置不仅能够模拟火工品的各种电信号和外部环境对其的干扰信号,还可以提高训练测试过程的安全性,具有重要的工程应用价值。 To solve the problem of the training and testing equipment of electric explosive device,which can not simulate the disturbance of electrical signal and exterior surroundings for the electric explosive device and that the training process is dangerous,a new training and testing equipment of the electric explosive device was designed.The electric explosive device based on the single-chip least system,the hardware modules of the input module which can choose the type of the electric explosive device,normative resistor which can create different numerical value of the resistance and the output module which can display the result of the testing were built.The module of software includes the conversion and storage of the testing signal,the release of the injunction,the compare,register and display of the information,and the control of the warning system was developed.The result shows that this equipment not only can simulate the disturbance of electrical signal and exterior surroundings for the electric explosive device,but also can enhance the safety of the training and testing process.This equipment has important value of the engineering application.
