摘要
垂体瘤经蝶手术后可发生水和电解质失调。近期在８２ 例该手术后病人中观察到１０ 例低钠血症（１２２ ％ ） ，分别出现在术后第４ 、５ 、６ 天，重者８ 例，轻者２ 例，经及时处理而愈。
The patients following transsphenoidal surgery of pituitary adenoma may develop disturbances in water and electrolyte.From January 1996 to December 1997,82 cases of Patients with pituitary adenoma have been performed transsphenoidal surgery in our hospital.We observed ten cases developed hyponatremia (12.2%) postoperatively.There were 8 serious and 2 mild types.They developed in fourth,fifth and sixth day respectively after operation and had been cured all in time.That careful observation and nursing,finding in time and correcting treatments is important significance to transsphenoidal surgery of pituitary adenoma.
