摘要
研究了复杂曲面结构圆柱凸轮槽高频感应淬火热处理工艺,通过合理设计仿形感应器以及加热工艺参数优化,使得两种材质(45钢和ZG65Mn钢)的圆柱凸轮槽都达到了淬硬层深度2-5 mm和表面硬度50-60 HRC的技术要求,硬化层组织为回火马氏体+少量残留奥氏体。高频淬火快速喷水冷却,有效避免了沟槽尺寸产生较大畸变。
Heat treatment process of high-frequency induction quenching of cylindric cam slots with complex curved-surface was studied.By rational design of profile modeling sensor and parameter optimization for heating,the cylindric cam slots with complex curved-surface made of 45 steel or ZG65Mn steel all meet the technical requirements of 2~5 mm hardened depth and 50-60 HRC surface hardness.Microstructure of the hardened layer is tempered martensite and a small amount of retained austenite.In the process of high-frequency induction quenching,larger distortions of slot size are effectively avoided by quick water-spraying cooling.
