淬火温度对42CrNi2MoWV钢力学性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of quenching temperature on mechanical properties of 42CrNi2MoWV steel

摘要 研究了淬火温度对低合金超高强度42CrNi2MoWV钢热处理后的静态和动态力学性能的影响,分析了淬火温度对其力学性能的影响机理。结果表明,在一定范围内随着淬火温度升高,此钢种的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度变化很小,而截面伸长率、断面收缩率、冲击吸收功、应变率、最大剪切强度显著增大,动态压缩强度明显下降,产生绝热剪切带的时间明显延后。 Effect of quenching temperature on static and dynamic mechanical properties of ultra-high strength low alloy steel 42CrNi2MoWV after heat treatment was investigated,and the mechanism of quenching temperature affecting on the mechanical properties was analyzed.The results show that the quenching temperature has no influence on hardness,tensile and yield strength of the steel,while elongation,reduction of area,impact work,strain rate and the highest shear strength increase remarkably,the dynamic compressive strength decreases significantly,and the forming time of adiabatic shear band delays obviously.
