乳腺癌HER2检测的现状及存在的问题 被引量：15

摘要 国内专家组于2009年12月编写发表的《乳腺癌HER2检测指南》标志着我国HER2检测向标准化方向迈上新的台阶,然而HER2检测仍存在许多争论和需要解决的问题。本文针对HER2检测方法的选择、相关的组织处理和固定、免疫组化抗体的比较、检测结果的判读、17号染色体多体以及免疫组化(immunohistochemistry,IHC)""病例的研究等内容做一综述。
