摘要
当前,我国计算机通信技术及教育现代化趋势都得以明显发展,校园网络已然是我国高等院校日常教学、教研和管理工作中的重要基础设施,从这一角度讲,加强我国高等院校校园网络安全建设是十分必要的.而网络自身存在脆弱性和潜在威胁,使得高等院校网络安全管理亟待加强,同时应积极构建一套完善的规章制度来规范校园上网人员的行为,并促进高校网络在高校信息化建设过程中发挥出更大的作用和价值.
