玻璃酸钠在防治肠粘连中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨透明玻璃酸钠预防腹腔手术后肠粘连的临床效果。方法选取我院2006年5月至2009年收治的60例腹腔手术患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(20例),治疗组患者在关腹之前,在易发生粘连的部位涂抹透明玻璃酸钠2.5～5ml,对照组患者不进行特殊处理,随访1～12个月,比较两组患者手术后肠粘连的发生率。结果治疗组所有患者均未出现肠粘连,对照组有3例患者出现肠粘连,发生率为15%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔手术后患者在关腹之前,在患处涂抹透明玻璃酸钠,有助于预防肠粘连的发生,临床疗效满意,值得在临床推广。
