摘要
目的：分析慢性正己烷中毒的肌电图表现。方法：应用常规肌电图技术对２２例慢性正己烷中毒患者进行肌电图、神经传导速度检测。结果：慢性正己烷中毒患者电生理检查异常率为５５％，感觉神经传导速度减慢为１８％，运动神经传导速度减慢为５５％，远端潜伏期延长为４５％。结论：慢性正己烷中毒以损害运动神经远端为主。
Objectives: To analyze the electromyogram changes in patients
with chronic Nhexane intoxication. Methods: The electromyography and nerve conduction
velocities were determined in 22 patients with Nhexane intoxication. Results: The abnormality
rate of electromyography in patients with Nhexane intoxication was 55%. The conduction
velocity of the sensory nerve and the motor nerve decreased at a rate of 18% and 55%
respectively. The distal latencies were prolonged (45%). Conclusions: The chronic Nhexane
intoxication mainly leads to the imparement,especially in the distal region of the motor nerve,
and the damages of the nerve might be related to the duration of exposure to Nhexane.
