摘要
目的:研究重复神经刺激(RNS)检查对重症肌无力(MG)疾病的诊断价值。方法:对44例MG患者进行重复神经刺激检查,共检查132条神经。结果:MG患者132条神经RNS诱发的波幅衰减阳性率652%。受检的三组肌肉中三角肌阳性率最高(841%),测量波面积对MG的诊断价值优于测量波幅,两种测量方法阳性率比较有显著性差异(P<005)。RNS阳性的MG患者100%的在低频刺激时即可获得阳性结果,波幅衰减最明显的刺激频率为5Hz。
Objectives: To study the diagnostic value of repetitive
nerve stimulation test(RNS) for myasthenia gravis. Methods: The repetitive nerve stimulation
test was performed in 44 patients with myasthenia gravis by instrument of EMG and evoked
potential. One hundred and thirtytwo nerves were tested.HZResults: The positivity rate of
amplitude decrement in 132 nerves of patients with MG was 65.1%. The abnormality rate of the
deltoid muscle among the three muscles tested was the highest(84.1%). The diagnostic value of
measuring the wave area for MG was much better than that of measuring the amplitude.
Significant difference was noted in positivity rate between the two methods. The lowfrequancy
could induce positive results in 100% of the RNSpositive patients with MG. The stimulation
frequancy with the most obvious decrement in amplitude was 5 Hz. Conclusions: The repetitive
nerve stimulation (RNS) might be of important value in diagnosis of MG.
