摘要
广州珠江新城西塔项目工程核心筒、外框钢管柱均使用超高性能混凝土,因此泵送技术成为关键施工技术之一,其前期准备工作尤为重要。简单介绍了混凝土输送泵的技术性能,配管设计原则及其重要环节设想,对管道压力损失进行理论和经验推算,通过多次泵送施工试验和对现场混凝土泵送的分析,总结出一整套超高性能混凝土超高泵送和配管技术,满足可行性、可靠性、安全性和合理性要求。
The core tube and steel-pipe columns using as outer frame in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower adopt super high performance pumping concrete,so the pumping technology is one of key construction technologies and its preparation work is very important.The authors introduce technical performances of concrete pump,the principles of piping design and the assumption about its important links.The theory and experience calculation about the loss of pipes pressure are concluded finally.By pumping test repeatedly and analysis of on-site concrete pumping,a set of technology about super-high performance concrete pumping and washing tube are summarized.The construction meets the requirements on feasibility,reliability,safety and rationality.
