摘要
为避免金属矿尾矿硫浮选作业添加硫酸所带来的不便和危险,在保持强碱性条件不变的情况下,对某铅锌尾矿进行了硫浮选试验研究。根据高碱性条件下的硫浮选特点,采用新型硫捕收剂BK907,获得了与常规酸法选硫工艺相同的硫浮选效果。
In order to avoid the inconvenience and dangers of adding sulfuric acid by the sulfur flotation operation in processing tailings of metallic ores,laboratory sulfur-flotation test was carried out with tailings coming from mineral processing of a lead-zinc ore.Under the condition of high alkalinity of pulp,a new kind of collector named BK907 was used.The result of this sulfur flotation was comparable with the result obtained by using the conventional flotation method under acidic condition.
