摘要
蒙古Tumurtiin-Ovoo锌矿是一个以闪锌矿、磁铁矿为主,并含有少量锰的多金属矿。通过对选矿工艺的改善,最终采用浮选硫化锌、锌浮选尾矿再直接磁选流程,选矿回收率达到87%~89%,锌精矿品位保持在52%左右。铁精矿品位60%左右,铁回收率53%左右。
Mongolia Tumurtiin-Ovoo Zinc Mine is a sphalerite,magnetite-based,and contains a small amount of manganese in the multi-metal ore.Through the improvement of mineral processing,the final flowsheet is the first flotation of zinc,and zinc flotation tailings directly to magnetic separation process.Recovery rate of 87% ~89% zinc concentrate grade and remain at 52%.60% iron concentrate grade,about 53% iron recovery.
