摘要
目的:观察心内直视手术期间及术后血液流变学的变化。方法:分别在麻醉前、转流前、转流后10min、心脏复跳后10min、停转后10min及术毕3h测定Hct、血沉、血浆粘度、全血高、中、低切粘度、全血还原高、低切粘度。结果:全血高、中、低切粘度、血浆粘度及Hct在转流期间及复跳后10min显著下降(P<0.001)。其他指标无明显变化。结论:心内直视手术期间体外循环对全血粘度、血浆粘度及Hct有显著影响,对血沉及全血还原粘度影响不大。
Objective:To study the diagnostic ultrasound influencing on electrocardiogram(ECG) of normal adults.Methods:Normal younths were radiated with a ultrasonic intersity of 0.2 W/cm 2 on the ventricular area.The ECGs of every individual including before radiation,on radiation and after radiation were recorded,measured and compared respectively.Results:Compared with the before radiation,the peaks of the R and S waves of limb lead in any body were obviously enlarged at the time of 90 s( P <0.01).The waves of P and T of the same lead had not markedly changed( P >0.05).After ultrasomic radiation was stopped,the enlarged R and S wavcs could gradually recocer to the level before radiation. Concluslon:Diagnostic dosage ultrasound may result in the temporary change of wave amplitude of ECG.So the examinating time of heart ultrasound should be shortened as far as possible.
