吸入型糖皮质激素治疗COPD疗效观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的观察吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将COPD患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗(氧疗、祛痰与按需吸入沙丁胺醇),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入剂吸入,每次2吸,每日2次,共24周。观察2组肺功能、呼吸困难评分、临床症状评分、生活质量评分和急性加重次数。结果治疗组第1秒用力呼气容积、呼吸困难评分、临床症状评分、生活质量评分和急性加重次数改善程度均好于对照组。结论吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期中、重度COPD安全有效。
