阿斯美联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察阿斯美联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法将50例CVA患者随机分为2组:治疗组口服阿斯美(复方甲氧那明)和孟鲁司特钠,对照组吸入丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂(必可酮)和沙丁胺醇气雾剂(喘康速)。观察2组用药后1周、2周、8周咳嗽消失情况。结果 2组疗总效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿斯美联合孟鲁司特钠治疗CAV安全性好,依从性高,疗效显著。
