摘要
苏州经济转型背景下,当地高职市场营销人才需求呈现出需求量大、质量要求高的趋势。面对现存问题,苏州工业职业技术学院对市场营销专业人才培养模式进行改革,在人才培养定位上,明确人才培养目标和就业岗位及岗位群;以市场营销人才应具有的素质要素,进行课程体系设置;建设满足技能训练的实践性教学基地;形成以项目或任务引领为主,理实一体、做中学的教学模式;实施"走出去+引进来"的师资战略,建立双师型师资队伍。
Under the background of economic transformation,the demand for marketing specialty of higher vocational education in Suzhou manifest the trends of huge demand quantity and high demand quality.Facing with problems existed in talent cultivation model of marketing specialty of higher vocational education Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Industry has reformed and innovated,the talent cultivation model of marketing specialty,and the reform directions are:clarify the talent cultivation objectives,employment posts and post group of marketing specialty;design curriculum system according to qualities of marketing talents;build practice teaching base for skills training;form the task-guided,practice and theory integrated and doing in learning teaching model;implement the teaching staff construction strategy of "walking out + introducing"and build dual-qualification teaching staff.
