摘要
文中针对梯形螺纹难加工的特点,采用每层从中间切削、向左右赶刀分层切削的方法实现梯形螺纹的顺利加工,并用宏程序在FANUC 0i系统机床上对一具体实例进行了编程,同时指出了加工过程中需关注的地方。
Layered cutting method is used to resolve a difficult problem when the trapezoidal thread is machining.A specified trapezoidal thread is programmed by using macro program based on FANUC-0i system machine,and a few key points are emphasized on machining.
