摘要
垂直堆垛机是应用于浮法玻璃生产线冷端重要设备之一,它将输送到取片辊道的玻璃通过吸盘取片机依次叠放到步退小车的集装架上的专用设备。浮法玻璃生产线中垂直堆垛机有两个关键技术,从取片辊道到集装架的翻转运动,以及堆垛一块玻璃后步退小车的步退运动。文中就通过PLC控制实现了这两个动作的自动化控制进行了探讨。
Vertical Stacker is one of the most significant equipment used in the float glass product line for cooling purposes,which sequentially stacks the glass transported to the slice-taking rolling bearing on to the packaging shelves of step-back vehicle.As to vertical stacker,there are two key technical processes in float glass product line：the rolling movement from the slice-taking rolling bearing to packaging shelves,and the step-back movement of the step-back vehicle after having stacked a piece of glass.In this work,how to control these two key technical processes using PLC is studied.
