摘要
针对某车型加速过程中的低频轰鸣声,对噪声信号和车身板件的振动信号进行了互相关分析,确认后盖振动是引起驾驶员位置轰鸣声的根源。经过对传递途径的减振处理,即采用弹性锁扣板代替刚性锁扣板,使得1 250 r/min时轰鸣噪声的峰值下降了7dB(A),提升了乘坐舒适性。研究结果表明,互相关分析是车辆噪声诊断中的有效工具。
To eliminate the low-frequency booming during acceleration of a vehicle,cross-correlation analysis was applied to study the relationship between noise signal and vibration signal of body panel.The test results showed that trunk lid vibration was the source of such a booming noise.Therefore,a damping treatment was applied in vibration tra-nsfer path,which can reduce booming noise by 7 dB(A) at 1 250 rpm by using elastic damping lock instead of steel lock,and can also improve the riding comfort.Results indicated that cross-correlation is an effective method in vehicle noise diagnosis.
