微机化力测定方法的建立及临床应用

摘要 目的:对传统的力测定进行改进,建立微机化力测定方法及临床应用。方法:本研究采用微机化力测定方法来测定正常天然牙及总义齿第一,二磨牙的最大力。结果:在正常自然牙及总义齿受试者中,上颌第一磨牙的最大力大于第二磨牙,男性大于女性,最大力时限及最大力速率是与最大力有关的重要参数。结论本方法的建立可自动实时测定义齿及自然牙的力并描记力—时间曲线。力是反映咀嚼功能的重要指标之一。 Objective:To improve the traditional measuring method of occlusal force to establish the measuring method of the Computer Occlusal Force for the clinical application Method:The measuring method of the Computer Occlusal Force was used in this study to detect maximum occlusal force of first and second molar in normal occlusion and complete dentures.Results:Maximum Occlusal Force (MOF)in the maxillary first molar was greater than that of maxillary second molar.MOF of the male was greater than that of the female,both in the subjects of the normal occlusion and complete dentures.The time limit and rate of the MOF were important parameters related to the MOF.Conclusion:The establishment of this method may measure the occlusal force and record the cuve of the occlusal force and time automatically. Occlusal force was one of the important standard reflected masticatory function.
