摘要
目的：观察封闭负压引流（VSD）治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法：利用VSD治疗慢性骨髓炎。以21例为实验组,以伤口轻重,创面分泌物多少和伤口愈合时间为临床观察指标。另外,随机抽取10例常规换药相同诊断的患者为对照组。结果：在实验组的21例中,20例2-4周内伤口愈合,1例显效,治愈率95.2%;对照组10例,2-4周内治愈2例,显效3例,无效5例,有效率50%。结论：VSD技术治疗骨髓炎,免除患者换药的痛苦,能有效防控创面的感染,改善局部血液循环,减少局部水肿,促进创面肉芽组织生长而利于创面的修复,疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technology on patients with chronic osteomyelitis.Methods：21 cases were selected as the experimental group based on the degree of the wound suffering,the amount of the wound secretion,the time of wound healing,who were treated by VDS technology;while 10 cases with the same disease by regular treatment were randomly selected as the control group.Results：Of the 21 patients,wound healing time of 20 patients in the experimental group was within 2 to 4 week,1 cases were effective,the curative rate 95.2%;the wound of 2 patients in the control group healed within 2 to 4 weeks,3 cases were effective,but 5 cases were unresponsive to the treatment,the effective rates was 50%.Conclusion： VSD technology in the treatment of osteomyelitis reduces the pain of dressing,it can control the wound infection area effetively,improve the local circulation of 6 lood edema,and enhence the growth of the tissue,which are helpful for the wound healing.VSD technology is nery effective.
